ALL new patients, please call or email me directly to book the initial assessment.
Thank you!
I have started to see clients in person on Mondays and Thursdays. I have reorganized and equipped my office to better meet safety guidelines. Here is my protocol for seeing clients in person:
- I will be wearing a mask (to protect you) and clear face shield (additional protection for me).
- Bring a mask for yourself or you may use a disposable or washable cloth mask provided by me (to protect me).
- You will wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival and after the session.
- Arrive on time (meaning not too early). If you must wait, please do so in the chair close to my office.
- Please leave all but essential belongings in your vehicle or at home.
- I am adding an additional 15 minutes between clients for cleaning.
- My desk chair and the client chair are spaced out to 6 feet.
- I am wearing in office clothing only (changing upon arrival) and laundering these here at the office after each use.
With each booking of an appointment and just prior to each session, the following health care risk assessment must be asked and recorded (in accordance with my College and Work Safe BC guidelines):
Please answer yes or no to all three questions and reply to me as part of your appointment confirmation:
- Do you have any symptoms of Covid-19 (fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headaches, sore throat)? Ans:
- Have you traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days? Ans:
- Have you had close contact with a person who is diagnosed or has probable Covid-19 in the last 14 days? Ans:
If no, then I will see you for your scheduled appointment. If yes, please contact me to re-schedule.
If your health status changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, just leave me a message by phone (250-383-6767) or email me ([email protected]). We will re-schedule the appointment. There will be no penalty for last minute cancellations. Everyone’s good health is my priority!
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to send me a message or call and leave a voice message. Thank you and stay healthy out there! Best, Suzanne

Physiotherapy
Postural Reconstruction®
All my treatments are one-on-one. Each session is individual, dependant on the clients specific problems and their own ability. I try to discover the source of pain and work on fixing a possible underlying cause. This work makes small changes slowly over time. Therefore, very often this means that the changes are stable and long-lasting.
Loosen up to straighten up!
What to Expect
Initial appointments are 90-120 minutes long. The first session will include a conversation between us to record a detailed history. It will also include some preliminary work using one or two simpler PR® maneuvers and some early instruction of a working exhalation that is integral to a PR® treatment session.
A usual course of treatment generally requires between 12 – 20 therapeutic sessions or 3-6 months.
